Clinical Nurse (Wound Care)
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for patients with acute and chronic wounds.
Key Duties
- Assess wound conditions and determine appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
- Implement wound care interventions and monitor healing progress.
- Prevent pressure injuries through risk assessment and evidence-based prevention strategies.
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and self-care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to infection prevention standards.
Qualifications
- Active RN license required.
- Wound care experience preferred.
- Wound care specialty certification preferred.
