Position Overview
The Wellness Nurse (RN) oversees resident health in a senior living setting, ensuring high-quality, compliant care delivery.
Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, monitoring health trends, managing medication programs with accurate documentation, and coordinating care with families, physicians, and clinical teams.
They support infection control, regulatory compliance, and lead clinical training to develop staff. Additionally, they monitor incidents and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license
- Experience in assisted living, hospital, or long-term care
- Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge
