The Wellness Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing resident health, ensuring high-quality and compliant care delivery in a senior living setting. Key duties include conducting health assessments, monitoring resident health trends, managing medication programs and documentation, and coordinating care with families, physicians, and clinical teams. The role also involves supporting infection control, regulatory compliance, leading clinical training, staff development, and driving quality improvements by monitoring incidents.
