Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will be essential in providing hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Your responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and documenting any changes. You will engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care teams is vital to ensure quality care.
