This role is for a Physician in a clinical setting, providing independent care for acute conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu, minor injuries, and infections.
The physician will evaluate patients, order and interpret diagnostics, diagnose, prescribe medications, treat minor injuries, and educate patients. They may supervise Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners remotely and act as a collaborating physician during credentialing.
Requirements include a medical degree from an accredited school, 2-5 years of post-residency experience (preferably in urgent care or emergency medicine), board certification or eligibility, and active medical licensure. Preferred skills include EMR experience, strong communication, and customer service skills.
