This position is for a Physician in a clinical setting, responsible for diagnosing and treating acute conditions such as infections, injuries, and minor illnesses.
Requires graduate from an accredited medical school, 2-5 years of post-residency experience, and board certification or eligibility in Family or Emergency Medicine.
Must hold active state medical licensure and have experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, including procedures like suturing and splinting.
Responsibilities include examining patients, taking histories, ordering diagnostics, diagnosing, prescribing medications, treating injuries, recording notes, educating patients, and supervising PAs/NPs remotely.
Work shifts are typically 8-12 hours, with opportunities to act as a collaborating physician for PAs/NPs.
Strong communication, customer service skills, and EMR experience are preferred.
