Qualified candidates must have a medical degree, 2-5 years of post-residency experience, and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
Responsibilities include patient examinations, medical histories, diagnostic testing, prescribing medications, treating injuries, documenting notes, patient education, vaccinations, and referrals.
Supervision of PAs/NPs and acting as a collaborating physician are also required.
Preferred skills include experience with Electronic Medical Records, strong communication, and attentive listening.
Work hours typically include 8 or 12-hour shifts, with no direct staff supervision.
