This position offers an opportunity for physicians with 2-5 years of post-residency experience to provide clinical care in an urgent care setting.
Responsibilities include examining and treating patients of all ages, taking medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and managing minor injuries such as suturing and splinting.
The role involves supervising Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners remotely, acting as a Collaborating Physician, and ensuring quality patient care.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited medical school, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine, active state medical licensure, and relevant urgent care or emergency medicine experience. Preferred skills include electronic medical records proficiency and strong communication skills.
