Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Providers work independently as the sole clinician, managing acute and episodic patient care with support from protocols, staff, and clinical leadership.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, treating, performing procedures, ordering labs/imaging, prescribing medications, and patient education.
The environment supports 3–4 patients/hour with fully equipped clinics, electronic records, and established workflows.
Schedule: 3 shifts/week, 12 hours each, rotating weekends, no on-call; additional shifts available with extra pay.
Compensation: $55–$70/hour ($103K–$131K/year), with incentives and bonuses.
