Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

This full-time, on-site urgent care role seeks a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in North Carolina.

Providers work independently as the sole clinical staff, managing acute and episodic patient care with established protocols and support from a dedicated team and clinical leadership.

**Key responsibilities include:**

Assessing, diagnosing, and treating urgent care conditions

Performing procedures like laceration repair, splinting, and wound care

Ordering and interpreting diagnostics

Prescribing medications and patient education

Accurate documentation and collaboration for quality care

**Schedule & Compensation:**
3 shifts/week (12 hours), rotating weekends, no on-call, with competitive hourly pay ($55–$70/hr), benefits, and growth opportunities within a multi-state network.
