Role: Urgent Care APRN / PA-C in a fast-paced outpatient setting, providing high-quality, rapid patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with acute illnesses and minor injuries.
- Perform common urgent care procedures, including suturing and splinting.
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing as needed.
- Manage and prescribe appropriate medications.
- Document care and clinical decisions using a modern EHR.
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to deliver efficient, patient-centered outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current APRN or PA-C licensure/credentialing to practice.
- Strong clinical judgment for acute care, minor injuries, and procedural interventions.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, high-acuity environment.
- Comfort with diagnostic decision-making, medication management, and thorough documentation.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
