Unit Manager (RN)

Seeking a compassionate RN with at least 2 years of long-term care experience and 1 year of management to serve as a Unit Manager.

Responsibilities include

  • planning and directing nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing resident care and staff development.
  • Lead staffing, assess residents, manage supplies, and address grievances, fostering a supportive environment.

    Available shifts: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 11 p.m.
