Provide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound imaging in an on-site, faith-based, patient-centered healthcare environment. Perform a variety of ultrasound exams to deliver accurate images, maintain patient safety, and provide compassionate care. Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate advanced ultrasound equipment to perform diagnostic examinations
- Prepare patients for procedures and ensure comfort and safety
- Produce high-quality imaging and maintain appropriate documentation
- Document exam findings in the EMR and communicate relevant results to the care team
Qualifications and skills:
- Certification as an Ultrasound Technologist
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound procedures and patient care practices
- Ability to work effectively with clinical teams and follow safety protocols
- Competence with EMR documentation and accurate recordkeeping
