Role: Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in the Acute Care Float Pool, primarily Med-Surg units with moderate to high acuity.
Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritize wellness and evidence-based practices, precept new staff, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, minimum of 1 year of experience, BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross. Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Duties: Provide specialty acute care, support evidence-based care models, and model proficiency by precepting new healthcare professionals.
