We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel position in Grover Beach, California.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in physical therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.
- Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team for effective care planning.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations.
- Perform reassessments and update the care plan based on patient response.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in patient education and re-evaluation.
Additional Details:
- Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
- Compensation approximately $9,273/month gross.
