We are seeking an experienced RN – Telemetry for a travel assignment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patient status and responding to clinical changes following protocols
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
- Supporting safe care transitions through handoffs and care plan updates
- Providing patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge needs
Qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Role details:
- Work 36 hours weekly, primarily 12-hour shifts
- Contract duration: 13 weeks
- Compensation: approximately $7,830/month gross
