Seeking an experienced RN – Telemetry with at least 2 years of clinical expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing patients for diagnostic tests and providing post-procedure monitoring.
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
- Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patient responses.
Work schedule: 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
