Position: RN – Telemetry
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe transitions of care through effective handoffs and care plan updates.
- Assess patient conditions and respond to changes using established protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Strong assessment and clinical response skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Key Duties:
- Work 36 hours weekly in 12-hour shifts.
- Support patient safety and quality care delivery.
