We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Telemetry to join a healthcare team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating patient care activities with physicians and clinical staff
- Preparing patients for diagnostic tests and monitoring post-procedure
- Assessing patient conditions and responding to changes using clinical protocols
- Supporting safe transitions of care through handoffs and care plan updates
Qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Role details:
- Work 36 hours weekly on 12-hour shifts
