We are seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse for a Travel Nursing position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in a progressive care setting Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes Administer medications and treatments accurately Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Document patient information thoroughly and accurately Educate patients and families about health management Qualifications and Skills: Valid RN license Experience in progressive care or similar units Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability to fast-paced healthcare environments Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to ethical standards and safety protocols Support and educate patients and their families regarding health conditions
