Role: Responsible for providing specialized labor and delivery nursing care, incorporating organizational values and goals into daily performance.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OB-LD patient care in a hospital setting
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during labor and delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Comply with licensing, certification, and hospital policies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience, with at least 1 year in labor and delivery
- Current RN license in practice state (compact license accepted)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical skills in OB and labor management
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
