Role: An experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse responsible for delivering patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing and coordinating patient care with healthcare team members.
- Monitoring patient responses to interventions and reporting outcomes.
- Administering medications with proper documentation.
- Monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Sharing on-call duties with a prompt response time.
- Maintaining cleanliness and adequate supplies in patient rooms.
- Transporting patients as needed and performing additional assigned duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience preferred; graduate from an accredited school.
- Certifications may be required based on facility policies.
- Physical ability to lift equipment and perform patient care activities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with healthcare team members.
- Technical proficiency in operating departmental equipment and assisting procedures.
- Ability to work independently or under supervision, managing interactions under pressure.
- Keen visual and communication skills.
Additional Requirements: Ability to remain stationary, push, bend, pull, and transport patients, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
