We are seeking an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive critical care in a high-acuity environment.
- Responsibilities: Assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, operating advanced life support equipment, administering complex medications, ensuring patient safety and comfort, documenting interventions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Qualifications: At least one year of recent ICU experience, valid RN license, and current BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred certifications include CCRN, TNCC, and NIHSS.
- Skills: Critical thinking, excellent communication, technical proficiency, physical endurance, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Key Duties: Recognize patient condition changes, perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring, provide patient and family education, adhere to safety and infection control protocols, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
