Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and respond to patient needs, ensuring optimal care and safety.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and report outcomes promptly.
- Assist with patient transportation, maintain cleanliness of rooms, and manage supplies.
- Share on-call duties with a quick response time when required.
- Perform procedures, operate departmental equipment, and support patient comfort and safety.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years of ER experience preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Certifications may be required based on facility needs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical skills.
- Physical ability to lift equipment (50-100 lbs), push, bend, and pull.
- Ability to work independently or under supervision, managing interactions under pressure.
- Attention to detail, keen visual understanding, and practical communication skills.
