- At least 2 years of nursing experience
Key responsibilities:
- Support safe transitions of care through handoffs and updates
- Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain infection control and safe medication practices
Role details:
- Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts
