Position: RN – ICU (Intensive Care Unit)
Responsibilities include: Preparing patients for diagnostic tests and post-procedure monitoring, coordinating care with physicians and clinical team members, providing patient and family education on care plans and discharge, performing reassessments, and escalating concerns appropriately.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years ICU experience.
Shift details: 13-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits: Approximately $9,088/month gross, with guaranteed pay, premium overtime pay (2x rate), weekly pay, health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with match, housing stipends, travel assistance, and referral bonuses.
