Responsibilities include:
- Administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses.
- Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns appropriately.
- Supporting safe transitions of care through effective handoffs and updates.
Qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 2+ years of emergency department experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Key duties:
- Providing patient and family education related to care plans and discharge needs.
- Working 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
