Therapy Team Leader
Licensed clinicians with leadership skills are sought to lead and provide direct patient care.
Responsibilities include:
– Conducting patient evaluations and developing therapy plans
– Supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians
– Administering treatments and monitoring responses
– Supporting staff development and managing performance
– Coordinating team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules
– Driving quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
– Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP
– BLS (CPR) certification or within 30 days of hire
– Minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience
– Professional certification or clinical ladder eligibility preferred
– Leadership experience is a plus
