**Position:** Therapist
**Reports to:** Clinical Director
**Responsibilities:**
– Provide individual and group therapy to clients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and evaluate client progress.
– Coordinate with families, community agencies, and other stakeholders.
– Maintain confidential, compliant client records and prepare discharge plans.
– Offer crisis hotline support and participate in weekend coverage rotations.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling; LMSW, LISW, LMHC, or LMFT license required.
– At least 2 years of social services experience; knowledge of local community resources preferred.
– Ability to relocate to South Sioux City, NE before starting.
**Compensation:** $50,000–$65,000/year with full benefits, including 401(k) matching, professional development, and flexible scheduling.
