Seeking a licensed Therapist/Social Worker fluent in ASL to provide clinical services to children, families, and adults in Louisville and surrounding counties, including telehealth options.
Perform intake assessments, individual, family, group therapy, crisis intervention, and expressive therapies.
Maintain documentation such as assessments, case notes, reports, and correspondence.
Collaborate with schools, families, and community agencies to coordinate care.
Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and outcomes.
Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities.
Formulate mental health and substance abuse diagnoses and treatment strategies.
Must be fluent in ASL, with knowledge of deaf culture and community resources.
Requires a Master’s degree in social services with relevant licensure and experience, including internship or practicum.
Must be able to travel regionally, possess reliable transportation, and pass ASL proficiency exam.
