*Position Overview:*
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups dealing with mental health and substance use issues. You will develop personalized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

*Qualifications:*
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Licensed or seeking licensure in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or pre-licensed with supervision
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments preferred
