We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in Southeastern Iowa.
Assist individuals across over 40 counties with mental health, disabilities, and barriers, promoting their full potential. Provide therapeutic treatment, coordinate programs, and supervise staff, with opportunities for community education and consultation. Work under supervision to ensure high-quality, efficient care, following core values of choice, respect, teamwork, and education. Requirements include an advanced degree in related fields, eligibility for licensure within two years, and preferred two years of therapy experience. Skills include providing therapy, participating in assessments, crisis intervention, and supporting interns. Benefits include a 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
