We are seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Therapist to provide mental health services in Southeastern Iowa.
Assist individuals across over 40 counties with mental health, disabilities, and barriers, empowering them to reach their potential. Under supervision, deliver therapeutic treatment, coordinate programs, and provide supervision to staff. Conduct assessments, evaluations, and community education as needed. Maintain high-quality, efficient services aligned with core values of choice, respect, teamwork, and education. Qualifications include an advanced degree in relevant fields, licensure or eligibility within two years, and preferably two or more years of experience. Skills required involve providing therapy, participating in training, and crisis intervention.
