The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based clinical care, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential treatment setting. They hold a master’s-level license and specialize in addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Deliver high-quality treatment, lead therapy groups, and develop personalized treatment and aftercare plans.

Coordinate care, ensure documentation compliance, and promote recovery-oriented interventions.

Serve as a clinical resource, participate in supervision, and maintain professional development.

Respond to on-call needs and uphold confidentiality with professionalism and compassion.

Requirements include active licensure in Maine, experience in addiction treatment, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and effective communication.
