Therapist

The Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) provides professional mental health therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.

Conducts culturally sensitive assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers therapy within an interdisciplinary team.

Documents clinical data per regulations and supports school system collaborations.

Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains current practice knowledge.

Builds collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Upholds professional, ethical conduct aligning with organizational policies and values.

Primary duties include assessments, therapy, care plan management, communication, and participation in team activities.

Qualifications include a Master’s in social work, Maryland LMSW license, and at least 3 years of healthcare experience.

Full-time position with benefits, requiring in-person work in Salisbury, MD, and relocation prior to start.
