Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a 13-week, full-time, on-site urgent care role in Biscoe, NC.
Provide autonomous assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and episodic conditions. Perform urgent care procedures such as laceration repairs, abscess drainage, and wound care. Order and interpret diagnostics; prescribe medications; educate patients. Manage a patient volume of 3–4 per hour with support from protocols, staff, and clinical leadership. Schedule includes rotating weekends, no on-call, with opportunities for additional shifts and pay incentives. Qualifications include NC licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
