Role: On-site retail banking associate responsible for delivering quality customer service, handling daily financial transactions, and promoting banking products.
Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely service, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions.
Maintain cash control, assist with ATM balancing, verify deposits, and support vault operations. Ensure compliance with operational policies and security standards.
Develop and retain client relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and refer prospects appropriately.
Enhance client experience by resolving issues promptly and attending training to improve product knowledge.
Promote bank products/services to strengthen relationships, ensuring excellent client service.
Adhere to all regulations, policies, and risk management protocols. Perform additional job duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; 6+ months cash handling or teller experience preferred. Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; familiarity with 10-key calculator and coin counter is advantageous.
