Key responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based mental health care
- Perform risk assessment and support crisis response
- Track and use outcome measures to guide and refine treatment
- Document clinical encounters and care plans in an EHR
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary care teams
- Participate in clinical consultation to support quality care
Qualifications & skills
- Current licensure as a mental health counselor
- Strong skills in independent clinical judgment and client-centered care
- Proficiency in telehealth delivery and documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with care teams and contribute to case consultation
- Comfort managing risk and applying crisis protocols
