This onsite ICU position monitors all ICUs across the health system, requiring (2) 12-hour night shifts from 6pm to 6am, every third weekend.
Candidates need 3+ years of ICU experience, with BSN and CCRN preferred.
Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Minimum education is a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s, RN license, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience.
