Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Remote)
Provide insurance-based, remote psychotherapy to adults using secure telehealth as an independent clinician.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
- Formulate DSM-5-TR diagnoses
- Create person-centered treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy
- Maintain accurate documentation in an EHR
- Coordinate care with other providers as needed
- Complete risk and safety assessments and take appropriate actions
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker eligible to provide therapy in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Competence delivering evidence-based mental health interventions
- Ability to perform timely clinical risk evaluation
- Comfort with EHR documentation and collaborating with care teams
- Excellent communication and patient-centered approach
