Role: Surgical Technologist
Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and sterile supplies to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
Maintain strict aseptic techniques and assist surgeons and nurses during procedures.
Ensure accurate instrument and sponge counts to support patient safety.
Operate and care for sterilization equipment, and handle documentation and specimens.
Collaborate effectively with a compassionate team committed to whole-person care and community service.
Qualifications & Skills:
Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and sterilization processes.
