- Set up, maintain, and monitor sterile fields during surgery
- Manage surgical instruments and equipment; troubleshoot to support safe, efficient cases
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff throughout procedures
- Verify supplies, implants, and surgical materials
- Participate in surgical counts and ensure accurate documentation
- Support operating room setup, turnover, and readiness
- Maintain standards of safety, infection control, and sterile processing practices
