Role: Surgical Technician
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and maintain sterile fields to ensure a safe surgical environment.
- Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures by setting up instruments and equipment.
- Perform accurate counts of surgical tools and supplies.
- Support patient positioning and prepping to facilitate efficient surgeries.
- Ensure adherence to infection-control standards throughout procedures.
- Collaborate within a patient-centered, team-based care environment to enhance community health outcomes.
