Surgical Services Nurse Manager

We are seeking a dedicated *Nurse Manager* to oversee daily nursing operations in a single-room ambulatory surgery center.

Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff development.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Ensure compliance with policies, AAAHC standards, and regulatory requirements.

Manage staffing, schedules, budgets, and resources.

Identify quality improvement opportunities and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications: Active RN license in Alaska, BSN required, 5+ years clinical experience with managerial roles, BLS and ACLS certifications, strong communication skills, proficiency in EMR and MS Office.

This full-time role offers $95,000-$125,000/year, blending administrative oversight with active clinical involvement in a collaborative setting focused on patient safety and excellence.
