Role Overview: The Supportive Housing Team Leader oversees daily activities and staff in a supportive housing program, ensuring clients develop daily living skills aligned with recovery principles. They supervise Mental Health Technicians, coordinate client services, and facilitate community-based activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly operations, including documentation, treatment plan updates, and facility checks.
- Supervise staff through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, maintaining appropriate staffing ratios.
- Advocate for clients, coordinate services, and ensure timely mental health and medical appointments.
- Maintain accurate records, submit reports, and ensure compliance with policies and standards such as CARF and licensure requirements.
- Foster teamwork, develop community partnerships, and resolve conflicts with a problem-solving approach.
- Participate in crisis intervention, provide therapeutic support, and uphold safety protocols.
