Role: Direct Support Aide
Responsibilities:
- Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based residential settings.
- Assist with daily living skills, personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
- Encourage participation in community activities and implement behavior and health protocols.
- Follow individual support plans and document services accurately.
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
- Build trusting relationships within a collaborative team.
- Engage individuals in meaningful, person-centered routines to enhance quality of life and inclusion.
Qualifications & Skills: Compassionate, team-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to implement care plans and promote respectful, person-centered support.
