Make a difference every day by helping children with autism develop communication, social, and independence skills in a supportive, full-time role with daytime hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).
This position requires no prior experience; paid training and certification coverage are provided. Candidates with childcare, mental health, or related education backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include working one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans, collecting session data, and maintaining a safe environment.
Requirements: at least 18 years old, Bachelor’s degree, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, active and engaged during sessions, reliable attendance, and willingness to complete RBT certification within 20 days.
