Responsibilities include:
Providing person-centered support and care, following behavior and care plans
Creating a safe, respectful environment that upholds individuals’ rights
Assisting with meal preparation, housekeeping, and daily activities
Transporting individuals to appointments and advocating on their behalf
Administering medications as prescribed
Supporting personal care, life skills, and social engagement
Remaining available for 24/7 care where necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old; valid driver’s license
Passion for helping others, reliable, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn, physically and emotionally resilient
Preferred: 1-2 years in healthcare or social services; strong communication skills
