Role: Provides patient care, assists in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating operations in designated areas. Acts as a clinical resource for staff and patients, performs staff nurse duties as needed, and assumes delegated managerial responsibilities.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or unit-specific credentials may be required.
Experience: At least 2 years of patient care experience; supervisor experience is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is advantageous.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting movements.
