Our model includes a comprehensive team—charge nurse, pharmacist, transition of care nurse, resident, and physician—who round on patients daily, primarily medical-surgical and long-stay cases.
The RN provides general nursing care, performing assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions while collaborating with the healthcare team. Responsibilities include ensuring positive patient outcomes, participating in process improvements, and maintaining safety standards.
Qualifications include RN licensure and BLS certification. The position is a day shift, 24 hours per week, with opportunities to impact patient throughput and pilot innovative care ideas.
